My approach is grounded in experience as the sole head of sustainability inside organizations — where strategy, execution, reporting, and tradeoffs all had to live with the same person. That perspective shapes everything I do.
I start by understanding how sustainability actually shows up in your day-to-day operations: who owns decisions, where things break under pressure, and what constraints are real rather than theoretical. From there, I help clarify priorities, design systems that can survive scale and complexity, and stay involved long enough to ensure the work holds beyond the planning phase.
This is not about adding more initiatives.
It’s about building sustainability systems that work in practice, not just on paper.
