I’m an intersectional environmentalist with over 7 years of experience working across industries to help organizations incorporate sustainability into the very fabric of the business. I love working with mission-focused organizations to turn good intentions into tangible progress through tailored strategies that span operations, engagement, and storytelling.

The name Carry On reflects both the urgency and endurance of climate work, grounded in the idea that sustainability isn’t a trend, but a long-term commitment. I co-create solutions that are practical, people-centered, and grounded in each organization’s unique needs, whether that means reducing waste, meeting regulatory goals, or building shared value for customers, employees, and communities. My work is informed by collaboration and experience with scientists, educators, and frontline laborers to ensure every project is approached with both technical expertise and lived perspective.

Before launching Carry On, I led climate programs in the sports and entertainment, film & production, skincare & beauty, and food industry and oversaw greenhouse gas inventories, zero-waste operations, secured million-dollar sustainability partnerships and more. I am a certified TRUE Advisor and a recognized advocate for climate justice, bringing a systems-level lens to every engagement. Through Carry On Consulting, I want to continue to help businesses lead with their values and keep moving forward with climate action that lasts.
